  • How do I contact Whatwatt.com?

  • What are Whatwatt.com’s business hours?

    We are always available during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm. You can also email us anytime 24/7.

  • What if I do not see the light bulb that I need on the whatwatt.com website?

    Whatwatt.com carries thousands of different light bulbs. We also have a large assortment of bulbs that are not on our website. If you do not see what you need, please call or email us with any of your special requests.

  • Do you offer Express Shipping?

    For express shipment please call Customer Service at 1-877-942-8928 after placing your order. One of representatives will provide pricing, and help arrange express shipping for you.

  • How do I find the correct Light Bulb?

    We have listed approximately 1200 of the most commonly used light bulbs.

    For most bulbs you may select the initial category by name, General Incandescent, Fluorescent, Compact Fluorescent, HID, Halogen or Exit Signs and Specialty Bulbs or you may also choose by clicking on the pictures provided.

    Be sure to read the notes to prevent choosing a similar looking bulb that has different characteristics.

  • I think I received the wrong bulb. What should I do?

    Whatwatt.com will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.

    To return any mistaken or damaged item, please call 1-877-WHATWAT to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Whatwatt.com. Whatwatt.com may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.

  • What is your return policy?

    All of our policies, including our returns policy can be found on our terms and conditions page.

    Whatwatt.com stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. Please read our full Return and Restocking Policy for more information.
